My drivers seat bolster is starting to show "slight" wear, but nothing critical. I'm curious if I could use something simuliar to black shoe polish on the leather to renew it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Yes, works great. Leather dye and shoe polish will work wonders.
Though, make sure you clean all the polish off, or it will get on your clothes.
You can even use light sand paper if necessary.

I used the black shoe polish trick for years. Only 2 applications in the last 3 years worked wonders. Rub it in really good and make sure to take off the excess.
