drivers license or veil?

i have to agree with andy on this one.......that lady in florida should have to take off her veil to get a license........it is not a right to drive and how am i supposed to know it is her when i pull her over if all i see is two eyeballs on the drivers license........this should have been a no brainer for the florida courts.......just my 3 cents
