drive train vibration

I have a slight drive train vibration at to starts at 3000 RPM and goes away at about 3300 RPM. It is not present in neutral and it most noticable under load. It is not noticable at any other RPM and I can feel it in every gear, mainly in shifter. Any clues? '91 NSX
