Drilled and Slotted Rotors

I would like to upgrade my OEM rotors, I do not track the car so it is mostly for appearance. Most of the 1997+ equipment is complete kits with calipers, rotors, pads and stainless steel brake lines. Has anyone bought OEM rotors from the dealer and had the holes and slots machined? You could then get them CAD plated and use with standard calipers and pads.

Dali has just the rotors - price relative to early models is huge! ($1000 for set of all 4); fronts & rears also available as seperate kits.

Thanks, I was aware of those. But OEM cost for stock rotors is $500 and about $125 to machine. Seems like a no brainer unless I am missing something.

That is about going rate for early cars - the 97+ has smaller market & are considerably more expensive.

That seems like an excellent value relative to others - not much more than the early prices
