Drill press in Vancouver area?

I had to cut off numerous nuts to remove my heat shields from my exhaust.
I now need to drill out the Iwata bolts that are still in the heat shields.
Does anyone in the Vancouver area know of a machine shop with a drill press I can take the heat shields to?
