Drift Event @ Western Speedway, Wanna Go ???

I noticed in the Gazette today that there was a Drift event out at Western Speedway in May. There is another one coming up June 18th. I want to go and watch this.

Is anyone into getting together before the event and cruz'ing in together?

The event was pretty good. Attendance was about 100 people. Cars ripped up the track..., I enjoyed it.

First place went to a Corolla with an AP1 S2000 Engine.
Second place to a boosted 240 I think they said it had an SR20.
Third place to a 16 year old "L" driver in a lime green 240

Very impressive.
