downtown LA Yellow Turbo sighting

Walking in my work's parking garage.. I saw a yellow NSX with GT-7's and Sparco seats license plate turbo nsx or something like that. Whose? I park in the same garage when I bring the NSX to work. if you work in wilshire one building we should have a mini mini lunch meet.
