These are the OEM style Downforce 02-05 side skirts with door inserts. I'm in the process of an 02-05 facelift, and decided to spend the money on OEM parts instead. I have not even removed them from their wrapping. I'll sell them for $675 plus $50 for shipping. This is a savings over buying them anywhere else.
