You have to really try hard to over tighten the timing belt.I hope that the dealer will cover the labor to fix it. It may also be the timing belt tensioner bearing making noise. Did they replace the tensioner bearing when they did the belt change?Anyway, now you know how to change the A/C belt and the alternator belt yourself. Let us know what happens.Brad
