Door speakers and does anyone use the center speaker

Hi, what size door speakers and what brand sounds best? does anyone use the center speaker location for anything? thks

Since I'm using my stock Bose system and added an Alpine Navigation system, I modified my center speaker to accomodate the voice only portion of my navigation system.
