Door sill VIN-plate question

I have recently bougth a (very nice :smile) set of carbon door sills.
These sills have the cut-out for the OEM VIN-plate.

The door sills themselves are clipped, but how are the VIN-plates fixed to the door sill?
Are they glued. Any tips of getting them off easily and undamaged?

The plates are and garnish around them are held down by two small guide pins and glue. You should have no problem lifting them off at the short sides.

Yes, they will pop off with just a little bit of prying. You MIGHT have to bend them back to straight afterwards but nothing to bad.
