Dont you hate it when greasy fries or tator tots drop in between your seat ?

Or what about when your eating a double cheeseburger on the run in your Nsx, and the cheeseburger you put on the shift console in between shifts leaves a grease stain ?

Just JOKING ! Heh, I wish I had a camera to catch all of the Nsx fanatics faces when they/you read this post !

The only thing I have ever eaten in my Nsx is a banana fyi, but I do hate it when I put my cell phone on the floor (hate things in my pockets when I drive) and it slides under the seat !

Man....you scruffy dog, you. I thought you were serious and was temporarily overjoyed that someone else had the same experiences with food that I do. :)

As most have guessed, I am okay with having food in my car, and I encourage it. A person with a Subway sub in the mouth is one less person complaining about my speeding. LOL!! :D

I think to date, here are the most memorable NSX / food moments:

1.) Got in a chocolate ice cream fight in my '91 NSX (which has IVORY WHITE interior) with an ex-girlfriend...that was fun!!! The cleaning took a while since there was chocolate ice cream on the seats, rear partition glass, roof liner, doors, and of course the center console. I think I laughed about that for a month as I kept finding ice cream everywhere. But it all cleaned up, no stains to speak of, so all was cool with me.

2.) Dropped an entire cheeseburger in both my '91 and '94 NSX's....evidently when making a turn those things DO NOT stay on the console. :D

3.) Fries (back when I used to eat fries)....these little buggers get everywhere and I never remember finding them. If I did not pull my seats out about 4 times per year for cleaning I think they would have their own colony.

4.) Keg of beer.....I dropped one of those into my '91 and '94 NSX. The '91 had the beer keg in the trunk (which DID NOT close with the keg there). The '94....well, you have all seen the picture. ;)

Dang, I thought it was bad of me to eat my Quizno's on the go. I was thinking if any other NSXer's saw me eating in this car they'd shoot me. Anytime I go anywhere I bring food with me, because I live near the Altamont Pass and sometimes you can get stuck there for 2-3 hours if there's a bad accident. So I learned my lesson to bring my lunch with me.

Meeyatch1, I want to party with you, when you coming up here or over here, not sure which one. Pulled a buck fifty canadian from between my seat at lunch after reading this, also a piece of a Tim Hortons bran muffin.

Awesome!! I am usually down for a party. When does the snow usually go away for good around that area?? I want to make sure that I can drive the NSX up there and not get stuck (like 2 of the other times I was in Canada over the last year). Just let me know and I will start planning for some time off.

The day after I got my brand spanking new NSX, I went to In-And-Out and ordered a #1. Got a little of that greasy fry juice on the passenger seat... I was like... #$%&.

Glad I confessed this and go it off my chest. Now I can sleep nights.

:D..................:D

Well, sometimes i eat things in my car. Mostly I drink coffee, and found the perfect coffee holder that fits into the vents above the radio..(pm me).. which is OK unless you have the air conditioning on, and don't drink the coffee fast enough before it cools off.

My favorite story, though, was when I lent my car to my son for high school prom.. and his date wore a red sparkly dress. I made him promise to have the car back by midnight, which he did... and believe me, the reactions he got for this were beyond renting a limo...

but every once in a while, i still find red sparkly things in odd places.
...and sometimes i think about how each seat is kinda like its own compartment, and, during prom, how inconvenient that might have been.

No wonder he agreed to have the car back by midnight....

Had a 93 Rx-7 R1 and coming home from the grocery one night a package of raw chicken ended up under the passenger seat. I didn't notice it for 2 days during summer. The stench was unbearable when I got into it. Took me weeks to get the smell out.

I seem to remember going grocery shopping and didn't realize a potato had fallen out behind the seat of my VW Rabbit. A few weeks later, it started to sprout new spuds... :D Of course, I'd never let this happen in my NSX.
