New items: Batmobile taillight overlays, downforce RWG, reinforced ww side skirts, remounted ww splats, vanity plate.

Existing Modifications: Wings West ground effects kit, HRE 545 17/18's, NA2 NSX-R Honda emblems, Cantrell Concepts Carbon Fiber engine cover, Dali Racing Carbonglass center console, Radio-delete/Franken-iPod, Sparco Ring suede wheel on momo NSX-R hub, NR-G quick release, Sparco Ring Shift knob, 8000k HID's, Eibach Pro Kit, RM Racing Carbon Fiber intake, RM Racing Headers, RM Racing (B&B) exhaust, RM Racing software, NSX-R engine plate, hardwired Escort 8500 X50, tool kit delete, spare tire delete, cross-drilled rotors, stainless steel brake lines, ate blue brake fluid, axxiss ultimate brake pads.

I *might* be adding a set of Tein coilovers (eg Tein RA), but ride height effect would be minimal, the eibach's are a bit 'too soft' for me at the moment.

 WOW I LIKE THE BACK TAILIGHTS!

How much and was it hard to install?

Other then that nice, I like it...looks clean and sharp.

The tail lights were already smoked prior to the overlay, so they are darker than just the overlay itself would be; the cost for the vinyl cut outs is $55, I had a local tint shop quote me $40 for the install, but (3 hours later) they said if another person came in they would charge at least $150 for the work - I guess they were under the impression it was a direct 'stick on', rather than having to bend it around the curves & the top of the tail lights - I tipped the actual tint worker $20, so install was $60 + $55 = $115; I would NOT recommend doing the overlay as a DIY, definitly find a professional to put them on for you.

If you are done, leave that 6spd for me then....

_done_

(at least in an aesthetic sense)

Every time I get something new, I always say to myself...now im finished. Your never done.

You need to upgrade the park lamp bulbs (below the headlamps) to match your hid lights. Try getting some white led lights (I am still working to figure out how to get the screws loose myself).

Your car looks great, as well as my Overlays :). BTW, I have them for the rear, front sidemarkers as well as front turn signals as well ;). Mind if I add your pics to my Gallery?

Bat™

Feel free, although my tail lights were already 'smoked' prior to the overlays, so its a bit darker than just regular 6/10 overlays would have been.

Regards,

John

I want MINE LIKE YOURS! The layovers on the other cars look a lil' light to me, I like the darkness of yours!

Bat can you take my lights to the cave and have your way with them, to make them like his!

Just buy niteshade spray for your tail lights. Put 2-3 coats, then wet sand them and finish with a clear coat. You will be able to vary the darkness that way. Total it will cost 20-30 dollars and an afternoon.

Not meant to hijack your thread, but on the subject of Niteshades .....

Once I do my LED conversion (one of these days! - It was supposed to be a winter project!), I 'm going to try spraying the lenses with Niteshades.

I found a great thread via Google search on a DIY - this guy did an awesome job on his Mazda6 - worth checking out.
Some great tips in here, particularly all the sanding & polishing steps - lots of pics.
