It's certainly possible. Even though the low-res and high JPEG compression would hide traces, I don't see any obvious signs of alteration. To my untrained eye, the light source seems consistent, edges look fine, focus seems okay, JPEG artifacts seem uniform between the window and rest of the picture, etc.

I suppose it does not really matter since that's exactly how the page looked when I pulled it out of my browser's cache for the screen shot, which means it is exactly how it looked on the real estate site NetViper linked to.
