Does this VIN make sense?

I thought the last 6 digits were in order numarically starting from 000001?
This car is on autotrader and ebay currently showing the same VIN on both, was looking at it, but doesn't seem to make sense. I wasn't aware they made over 800,000 91's

In the Ebay ad it says the car was originally Canadian, so the vin makes sense.

Cars sold outside the US have slightly different VIN number formats. For example, NSX's built for the Canadian market have their own sequence number range, starting with 800001 each year.
