Those look like rivets to me and I don't recall nsx used them in rad support.
 
Yes thats factory.

the 2 rivits per side is def factory

I just had to take one off and had to drill them to remove it, also had to remove the Hood latch as this is bolted to the lower subframe and the rad support

well after he posted this i walked outside and
looked at my 1992 and there are no rivits for the rad support. its welded to the chassis

then looked at my 2002 and yes there are rivits for the rad support

then looked at my 2004 and yes there are rivits for the rad support

confirmed.

did anyone notice fenixv8 posted a pic of a euro or Japanese version of the NSX with the abs stuff on the left side

The bodywork repair manual for the earlier cars says rivets should be used rather than welding if the top radiator support is to be replaced. I was under the impression that rivets are a sign that the rad support has been replaced in the past.
 
I think they found that after a collision that the welded version is harder to fix than the rivits so they might have changed it a few years after.

when people were wrecking them and trial an error design kinda thing
 
found some pics of a 1994 with rivits

so its confirmed they started using rivits for the rad support in 1994
