Thats probably because it does have 90000 miles on it, but the current owner probably rolled the odometer back to 34,000 miles, but it has not yet been recorded on car fax because he hasnt gone anywhere yet to have it inspected or at least have it recorded right now.  If he claims there is 34,000 miles on it, and some form of physical evidence (maybe a picture of the odometer) that sez it and it actually reads 34,000 miles, then the car is a STINKER.
