He's asking $5800.00 lol so I suspect big time fraud. He says he's in London and it will cost too much to have it registered, insured, and meet UK customs so I'm thinking this is a lot of BS.
Yes that is fraud, as the car was here in the states when it was for sale on ebay, and your sellers M.O is very common with these frauds. Report it to Autotrader.

Yeah I think whoever is selling on Autotrader copied the pics from ebay and used it to start his fraudulent sale on Autotrader.
