The paint looks flawless for a 91. I know some people have an eye for repaint jobs.

You cannot tell paint quality from a photo. You need to inspect it in person.

I can't really tell from the small picture, but I think the rims are SSR GT1

If low(less then 30K) and was a garage queen, it is probably original....but if it was repainted and it is a good job and the carfax is clean...who cares? That color is sick!!!! GET IT NOW!!!
