Kind of a long shot, but I saw this car when I was in Tokyo, and wanted to see if anyone knew anything about it, or had some pictures of it. It seems pretty distinct, but it's also across the pond, so I don't know if anyone would know it. This is all I got, snap shot as he drove by. I saw a white one with a similar kit, but missed a chance to get a picture.
