Good Morning,

Does anyone happen to have a set of instructions for installation of the Oem factory sheepskin inserts? I got them in yesterday and they are OEM with the NSX names on them. As I remember it, 2 sets of clips that attach somewhere as well as weights that seem to be designed to keep them in place once clipped were on the inserts. They just seemed to not fit properly, but, I know the Japanese- Everything they build fits perfectly after you figure it out.

I could not figure out where to put the clips?

Maybe I'll call Jay Nipper who used to be the Acura tech at Baton Rouge Acura and know all things NSX?

Thanks, Prescott

The OEM sheepskin inserts do not have the NSX name on them. They also don't have weights. The OEM sheepskin inserts are installed primarily by taking rollers along the sides and tucking them in under the edges of the center seat cushions. (The rollers are actually short lengths of garden hose, sewed into fabric pockets along the edge of the inserts.) There are clips at the front edge of the lower seat cushion, and there is no good place on the seat bottom to fasten them; you may find that they just dangle there (mine do). But the rollers keep the inserts in place.

Mine say NSX on them and Acura. On closer inspection, those are not weights, but the hoses that you spoke of. I went and did what you said with the little hoses in the fabric, and, everything looks dandy. Thanks, Prescott
