Do I paint the CF centerpiece on my valance, or leave as-is?

Should I paint the centerpiece or leave as-is?

Primers, I have a quick question regarding a mod I bought. I purchased the Downforce 02+ CF rear valance from Tobeezy and need to have it painted. My question to you all is should I paint the center CF piece spa yellow so it looks like a normal rear 02+ valance or leave it CF and only paint the sides? I am having the hardest time in deciding what to do since Spa Yellow I've heard is a difficult color to get matched properly. I would hate to remove the centerpiece and have it painted at another time if I decide to leave it as is. Thoughts? (I apologize in advance if this is posted in the wrong section. Mods, please feel free to move it to the appropriate section.)

I like how it looks with the exposed CF, I actually left a small part of the bottom side exposed as well, here is a picimage.jpg it all comes down to what looks best for you, I personally think that hints of Exposed CF look great.

Why is it yellow and red? Maybe a Ronald McDonald fan? Paint that quick. But paint it Oem style. Rear spats and lower rear valence body color as well. I went with this option after photo shopping many pics of my black car when switched to Oem 02 valance. Or at the very least paint the rear spats PLEASE!

I think this is the Seibon rear valance... I would leave the carbon but paint the sides (currently red) and bottom bar.

I agree, I think this is Seibon. DF I don't recall ever making this in Carbon unless they had a limited run.

This actually looks very good! Thanks for letting me see what it looks like with just the sides painted!!

My car is obviously yellow. The valance was painted red from the previous owner. I was just merely placing it up against the car to get an idea of how it would look as it isn't mounted to the car in this picture. (And I'm more of a Wendy's fan when I do have the tasting for a fast food burger!) And if this is a Seibon CF valance, that is news to me. The seller stated it was Downforce. Oh well..

Here are three examples to give you an idea of what each would look like;

I vote paint the middle black and the outer portions yellow. I'm not a huge fan of exposed CF. Something about it looks off to me.
