I have some Forgeline RS 2 piece wheels (16-17) that have some minor scuff marks on the lips. They balance perfectly and have no problem holding air - but I would be interested in buffing out some of the scratches and then polishing them up. The scratches are a couple of mm deep and there are many in a row from scraping up against a concrete curb and how the lips extend pretty far past the tire.
Any ideas on how one might make the damage look a little/lot better?
Again - these are cosmetic and I know I could have them refinished - just wondering if there are any filing, sanding, polishing options for minor DIY repairs for the average "Joe" willing to invest a few bucks and some elbow grease.
