DIY: Exterior Door Handle Removal | 1991-2005

Here's a quick video I made addressing the "difficult" part of removing the exterior door handles from the car, which is disconnecting the lower rod of the door handle from the door latch. It's something a lot of people struggle with but it's pretty easy once you know what to do. You don't need to worry about breaking those plastic pieces that connect the handle lever to the door latch. Just grab a stubby wrench and wind the threaded collar up.
