I've just done the capacitors replacement as a preventive task as they dry out after 10 or 15 years.

What does the pink cross on the board mean in picture No. 4?
What can i adjust by -1.5 +1.5

I believe the pink marks are just inspection marks from when the Board was built. The _+1.5 adjust is for the temp, in the center you get what you set on the display, +1.5 gives you +1.5C over what you set and ...
