DIY available for 02+ HID conversion?

PM evof575gtc, he has a HID kit (aftermarket) that is plug and play. He also done a few 2002 coversions.

That assumes you want a car with lots of body mods for the "Type R look". If you're looking to keep yours looking like a stock (USIM) '02-05, you would need the stock parts (hood, etc) and their part numbers.
Right, but that link has a lot of the prices that would apply to any USDM look as well as far as hood and headlight seals, front bumper, etc. I mean, the front of nsxsupras car is USDM (except for the hood), so its useful information i think.

The car in question already has all the parts needed for the conversion (purchased through SOS), I just was looking for a little clarification on the HID upgrade (OEM). I.E maybe a wiring diagram or a little write up someone may have posted in the past on the subject.

I don't understand what you are asking. I thought the oem ballast is mounted to the back of the headlight. If i can look at something on my car for you just pm me, i would be glad to help.
Maybe this will help. I think it is #007 and it mounts to the bottom rear of the assembly.

But that doesn't list all the other parts you will also need to replace, like the hood, front nose, etc.
You DO understand that you can't just replace the '91-01 headlight unit with the '02-05 headlight unit, right?

Your welcome, glad i could help. It looks like it would have to be mounted to the light before the light is mounted.
