I hear you, and I’m sorry to see that you feel this way. I think it’s important to clarify that I don’t believe anyone here is trying to bully or marginalize ‘95-‘96 owners. Like any car community, people often share their opinions and preferences based on technical details or personal experiences, but I truly don’t think it’s meant to be personal or make anyone feel unwelcome.

The ’95-’96 NSX models have a lot of great features that you’ve rightly pointed out—Targa tops, updated gearing, power steering, and other enhancements that many owners appreciate. When people talk about differences between model years—like weight, ECU tunability, or performance—it’s usually just about helping potential buyers understand the trade-offs, not about putting down anyone’s car.

I hope you and other ’95-‘96 owners continue to share your knowledge and experiences—it’s good for everyone to hear all perspectives. At the end of the day, we’re all NSX enthusiasts, and every model has something special to offer.

Appreciate you bringing this up—always good to check ourselves and make sure everyone feels included.
