Swirls it is!hehe...Ever thought about doing a Zymol treatment to bring back the glossy look and totally remove the swirls?Really don't cost that must.Or just get a new paint job.Zymol complete treatment cost about $350 dollar and I promise that will bring the car back to life.If not 100% definitely 80-90% shine/glossy look.Anyway,nice wheels!:biggrin:

Naw, that pic was taken the first year I had the car. Its since been completely buffed out. Zymol or new paint?! If it's not through the clearcoat 99% of the swirls and scratches can be buffed out.

Oh i see.Zymol is a type of buffing/wax product that a buddy mine us at his custom paint body shop.There is like four step you have to do.Takes about half of day to do but when he finish the car like glass.All he do is high end cars.But yea,Do you have a pic of your car?The whole car.
