Direction of rotation for NSX engine

Hello,
I'm working on an NSX project that will change the engine orientation to longitudinal. I'm planning on using a Porsche 911 transaxle but I need to know which direction the NSX engine rotates.
I'm still doing background research and I don't own an NSX. The car will be for SCCA GT-2 competition, complete tube frame - FYI.

Thanks,

Zguy

If the engine was a wheel it would be spinning in the same direction as the tires when the car is moving forward. Meaning: from the crank pulley side it turns clockwise.

Good luck in finding the room and not have the axles grossly offset. As it is, the center engine line sits just in frot of the wheel line. Plus, a timing belt/water pump change would be a lot tougher, if not impossible without removing the engine.

Which side does the tranny bolt? Engine maintenace is actually easier since it's tube fram everything is accessable not recessed in a compartment like the production NSX. The only NSX abou the car will be the engine.
