There's a kid on the GTRCanada forums who's offering to do digital drawings of people's cars on order. He did one of my buddy Dan's R32 GTR which looked awesome, so I commissioned him to do my car. I pointed him to images on my blog and told hi to go nuts. Final results are still a day or two away but he's sent me some updates:

Once done I plan to hang it in my office and oogle it all day long :)

$100, 1/2 to start job, 1/2 upon completion. He's spending a fair amount of time on it so well worth it IMHO. :)

Wow again. $100 doesn't seem like much for the quality of digital work done. I may have to schedule something before he up's his rate. :)

In addition to this, you may want to check out Blodi's work. He did this of mine:

Framing, otoh, seems to be a significant cost in comparision.

I love these sketch. Perspective style. Did you send him different views of you car for him to draw from these point? He should be designing the next NSX.

I sent him a bunch of views of my car but none like the one he drew. Its amazing.

Here's the latest he's sent me. I've asked him to make a few minor changes. Hope he can.

SWEEEEEEEET I've been looking for someone to do this. Tell him he has another order coming his way!

Thanks for letting us know.

Final version: CF more visible, front plate tilted (SOS stealth plate system), mugen_kid's LED front signals done properly:

I really like it, but the ass looks a little too square......I wish our cars looked that cool in person.....could be the next batmobile......Really nice work.....Does he do different sizes? frame pkg deals or rolled up in a tube....thks:cool:

No idea, but you can contact him at: [email protected]
Name is Anthony Fong.

I agree the back looks a little off, but it's caricture, not a photo so I'm cool with it. If you want a cartoonish but very exact pic of your car i think the nest way is still via the HDR process:

Cool final drawing. The car looks as if it was about to drift sideways. I would love to see an 02 version of the drawing. I am copycating his style on my office whiteboard. I take a photo when I'm done.

Very nice and the final result of course.

Here' a rear shot of my car. Pretty cool. Definitely if I had supplied more accurate shots he may have been able to put more detail into things. The Voltex wing looks a little under-detailed.

He has began work on mine. I am looking forward to the finished piece! Thanks for posting in the first place Oyagi!
