Differences?

What are the differences between the Honda and Acura NSX's? I assume both kinds were made since the NSX was first in production.. But my friend and I were talking about them today and I'm not sure what the differences are..

Acura is US model, Honda is for the rest of the world.

Acura - steering wheel on left side
Honda - steering wheel on right side

Honda has the Coupe (equivalent to Acura NSX Coupe), Type T (equivalent to Acura NSX-T), Type S (equivalent to Acura NSX Zanardi Edition), Type Szero, and Type R.

I'm sure there are some other difference, but should be minor. They are basically the same car for different markets.

front fenders are also different in the corner lamp position. Also, Honda NSX's have these little headlamp squirters.
