Difference between L/R seat belt receptacles?

The position of the metal notch which prevents the receptacle assembly from moving forward or backward is non-symmetrical. It's slightly off center. That's what makes them different. You could always buy two lefts and chop off one of the notches. :biggrin:
 
Funny, I would have thought the lefgt one would be more pricey due to the electrical switch for the seatbelt light.

However, with that said, I have seen this many times with R/L Honda parts. It rarely makes sense. Sounds like it is time to find a wreck;).

To update this, I just re-drilled the hole for the notch in the seat frame - two second mod!
