Guys,
how do you keep your car clean? wash+wax yourself or have someone else do it? My detailer guy quit the business and now I need a new one. Anywhooooo, I am looking for a gooooOoood place that would be able to clean under car as well. Know of any place as such in Orange County? that would accept senior citizen discount?

he stops by the office and picks up the car once a week.
the washes include shampooing the floormats.
he does a full detail with wax once a month.

i use the plan for my lexus 80% of the time but he doesn't mind one little bit when he gets to pick up the nsx for a wash.

worth every penny in my opinion.

If you don't mind using your own elbow grease and spending a few hours, I've found that washing/waxing the NSX can be quite pleasurable and rewarding. I had pretty good results using the $13 blue bottle Zymol, just wet it down with a water spray bottle and rewipe for a super shine. I'm assuming you aren't looking to achieve show-quality cleanliness & shine.

i don't know about someone else driving my car.......

hmm... lets see.. detail guy in newport beach...
i've seen just about every car at his shop.
lets just say i don't even trust my own family members driving my nsx and i have no problem letting him drive it one mile.... especially with the way it looks when it comes back.

Calvin u might think about a mobile detailer. They charge about the same and will usually come to your house or place of work. No worries on someone else drivin your baby!!!

Yellerpad COOL COOOL, COOL that ur goin to all these events. Call me if you have any references that you might need for a mobile detailer, I use to detail many moons ago and could c if these guys are still in the biz.
