Congrats.  I got a hole in one a few years ago.  I ordered the plaque when I got back to the clubhouse and it never came.  I called the course and had to order another one.  It was many months after and I didn't remember the date, yardage or club. (I was on my second round of the day and hammered drunk).  So now, I have a hole in one plaque with all the wrong info on it.
