Debating between Sparco Torinos or the Sparco Roadsters?

Sheesh, Roadsters ALL THE WAY. Why replace the nice factory leather seats with heavy cloth seats like the Torinos? Torinos are heavier than most factory seats.

The Roadsters are lighter, sleeker, and have a more "racy" appearance.

I just bought the Torinos and I love them. The seating position is changed a bit, a liitle higher and forward tilted using the tiatec rails, but I have no real complaints.

And the looks of the Torinos in a Sebring Silver car is just awesome!

If you butt fits in Recaro SPG, get those.

I have the Sparco Torinos in my 91, and that seem a little bit higher than the stock seats, they also dont have that nice high thigh, low butt curve as the factory seats, all though the side to side support is better. They do feel heavier than the stocks when i put them in. The seat rails were ones that i welded up for myself, because i wanted them to be as low profile as possible, but it still ended up a little higher than stock.

I am getting rid of the seats and will be moving to either the roadster or the fighter next.

Oh yeah, the tourinos handles to flip the seat forward interfere with the seat being able to move all they way back (but i'm not that tall so it doesnt matter to me)

I have the Sparco Torinos installed in my 91. I have found that they are a bit higher than stock. I welded a set of custom brackets to lower them, but they are still higher. They also dont have the nice high thigh, low butt seating position like the factory seats. The flip handles on the side interfere with getting the seat ALL the way back, but i'm not that tall so it doesnt matter to me. They are also noticably heavier than stock. I was really surprised on how light the factory seats are for being power and leather.

I'm selling the seats, and will be moving on to the Sparco Roadsters or Fighters next. I'll have to do a few butt tests at SEMA this year to see which i like best, or if there are other seats to consider.

"What's the middle pedal for?"

Yeah, I was a little surprised at their weight when I installed them, but the look makes up for it. I have a feeling that the rails (Taitec) contributes to most of the weight, although I never felt the weight of the seats without the rails attached.

Is there a lighter and lower rail system for the NSX?

If you guys are concerned with the weight then get the Sparco Roadsters. They are very light. I am thinking of actually getting the Roadsters now.

I got a set of Sparco Torino's w/ my rednsx. They are being installed as we speak.
I did notice they were not light but my passengers wieght differs from friend to friend so I'm not concerned about give or take a few lbs here or there on a daily driver.I'm glad you guys are saying that they are a bit taller (now I can get rid of that telephone book I've been using to make myself alult size!!)
