As many of you know, it's been quite a while since one of our much loved "runs."
So we've decided kick off the South Florida "driving season" with a drive that will reward us with beautiful scenery for those joining us.
DCI will be heading north to Palm Beach, on Saturday, November 17th to the Benny's on the Beach for lunch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Here are the meeting points for our drive on September 17th, we'll have three:
Meet at JuiceBlendz in Weston, on the NW corner of Griffin & Weston Rd. (Weston Commons Shopping Center) at 10:00 AM. We will have a small meet & greet and at 10:30 AM sharp we'll head over to the Bass Pro Shops on Griffin & I-95. There we'll hold a brief drivers' meeting and we're on our way, departing at 11:15 AM for our run to to Benny's on the Beach.
Aside from those of us meeting in Weston, RJRacerX will be leading a group up from Miami. That Miami group will be meeting at Dolphin Mall by the restaurant Texas de Brazil at 10:00. From there this group will be driving (10:30) to the Bass ProShops on Griffin and I-95 where the Weston group will also be arriving.
The third meeting point for all of those "out east" is obviously the Bass ProShops on Griffin and 95 10:30. We'll all be leaving at 11:15, heading to our final destination.
At some of our drives, we've had over 50 cars and over 80 attendees total (drivers+guests). We filled up the parking and the restaurants as a group. If you're bringing a guest, please let me know. An accurate count is crucial for the parking and restaurant accomodations.
