So I stopped by Dave's place yesterday to pick up my cheque for the pedals I bought him in August (deadbeat) and I saw his new winter-beater (no cheque:rolleyes:)

He said he put a spoiler on it so it would remind him of his X all winter long.

Oh, so that was you and your boyfriend who came by?

All I know is that my wife said that two guys walked up to the house holding hands. One said that he wished he could lap faster than my comfy steet NSX in his pink VW racecar and the other asked if he could borrow the other guys pink pillotis tomorrow for a rave.

Sorry I wasnt home. You two and your latino pool boy lover should tell me before you come by next time; Ill mix you two up some Cosmo's.

I like Ladies - I prefer them naked and in my bed rather than any specific colour - I'm a racer not a racist!

Dude, don't over react and get all defensive about your spoiler - can't you see you're getting positive feedback on it (see post above this one)

I'll talk to MikeyNSX and see if he can get some Zymol on your spoiler so it doesn't start to rot - it did snow last night!

It has Canadian plates... go figure. Could probably smuggle a lot of bacon and maple syrup in that trunk!

You Miami guys - seriously - it all about smuggling to you - what is it, trying to re-live Miami Vice?

Listen Crocket Jr., the NSX isn't a Testa Rossa and bacon and syrup are NOT contraban that needs to be hidden - We don't have Denny's in Canada but thats NOT because Bacon is illegal!

F*ckin american educational system - filling the kids' heads with garbage - like Iraqi's will greet us as liberators and Bacon needs to be smuggled in Canada.

You dont force your kids to have breakfast at the Hyatt do you?

I prefer Xacutti for brunch, MUCH hipper! But today we're doing the Russian thing, get together for all sorts of smoked fish, etc. at someone's house. (No bacon or maple syrup - but NOT because its illegal)

Too funny - I heard the same thing from my out-of-state buddies when I moved here last year. I have yet to see a white TR (or any driving TR, for that matter), but there is a red '86 TR in the parking garage here (www.flamingosouthbeach.com) if you're good with hand tools.

Haven't seen any Canadian cars here either. Oh wait...you guys don't know how to make cars like us Americans.

Generally, when you include a link it shoudl be a picture of the car - not the appartment building - now for you punishment - post photos!

(You don't see me offering you a coffee and then handing you a piece of paper with a link to Starbucks on it now, do you?)

Now Now, you little American you think you are SOOOO big.

#1) When Daimler Benz BOUGHT Chrysler the only country in the world it was announced as "Chrysler bought or merged with Daimler Benz" was the mighty USA. You guys couldn't handle the fact that your "Big three" were so small and shitty an German specialty manufacturer could buy it with pocket change.

#2) A high percentage of "American" cars (like those "All American" GMC trucks, are built in Canada - yes, we don't have the company's World HQ, but we also don't have to support their constantly sucking "profits" either, we just get paid to make the lion's share of their cars - just like we make all the Acura MDXs, Honda Civics, various models of Toyota, etc. All driving distance from Toronto!

We make cars better than you Americans! Partially because our cars don't include $1,500 per car for healthcare.

How's your little Flaming Flamingo Apartment Complex now?

PS - Can you get me a deal on a rental? I'm dying to hang out in SoBe!

Starbucks...good one. Did you use that with one of your customers this morning to test the reaction?

I actually didn't know there were so many automaker facilities in Canada. Just to check, I looked at a N. America map and sure enough - several dots right there "within 50 miles of the border"

Seriously, The Flamingo is absolutely mindboggling when it comes to the ladies. I don't live there but a few coworkers do. Apts aren't all that great but the two huge pools are topless and half of the female tenants are stippers or bartenders. It's like a 30 story beachside dormitory. Makes Hef's mansion look like a convent. But... not the best environment for a paranoid NSX owner to park his car, so after much deliberation and soul searching, I opted not to move there last summer.
