Dave's harness bar

Hey guys, I believe I have a Ti Dave harness bar, I made a trade for this as a temp solution to get a harness and hans into the car. Since it is used and the previous owner didn't install it, I am wondering of all the hardware is there. I took a picture. Is this complete or am I missing a bolt?

No one knows? I am not even sure this is one of Dave's bars. I am just looking for instructions I guess. If its a cedar ridge I can contact him direct.

I believe your missing one of the bolts that is used on the back of the seat to attach the harness bar to the floor. M10 x 1.25 x 30

Ahh so your bar is just a cross bar..tied into the oem seatbelt mount?

No, its the full harness bar. Looks like this:

From this picture it looks like I am missing some hardware.
