Damn theives !!

So I'm going to work yesterday morning and notice that someone tore up a light pole and fountain in my neighbors front yard. I get mad just thinking about people doing mean stuff.
Today we are going to lunch and I notice lots of hand prints on the windows of the wifes daily driver Integra. I look inside and don't see anything missing so I go about my merry way.
I get back and decide to move her key. I put the key in door and turn it to unlock. Nothing. I then turn it both ways several times, without luck. I am thinking, what the heck???
I think climb in thru the passenger side and pull the handle and hear popping and rods bending. Something just ain't right. I wasn't like this the other day
I think go back around to driver side and stick key in again and notice the paint is chipping, I go down for a further look and sure enough.... Some A**HOLE shoved a freaking screwdriver under the handle to try and break lock open. I am so mad right now I can't see straight.
Luckily the car wasn't stolen, didn't get completely broken into or anything but damnit, that is irritating !!

Where I live you dont leave Integras on the street unless you want it stolen.Sorry to hear about your incident but I can feel for you as I have had my wheels stolen once and some other things on other occassions.

I don't have a choice. The NSX and TL stay in garage.
Nobody has ever messed with my Integra though. Then again, it is totally stock. Her's has special paint, wheels, tires, suspension, etc. More of what young punks are looking for.

I've heard that in some countries it's legal to install an alarm system that will shock a person trying to break into your vehicle. (this is based off memory)
The product was brought to the US, however never made it to the consumers because our government thought it was cruel to shock a person over personal property!

In my opinion...they deserve to be leveled by 240 volts... maybe they'll think next time before trying to take something that's not theirs.....

I've had a number of things stolen from me.....from bikes, to car stereos, to the tail lights lenses off my Toyota pick up (I didn't understand this until I bought new ones which were $75 a piece)

I thought i heard somewhere that Integra's are the number one stolen car in america?!?

Sorry about the Integra incident, my friend. Some people are just wastes of human life, and the kind of people that tried to break into your car are in that category.

I remember reading about some sort of car security system that shoots a wall of flames at the person that is trying to jack your car. They use it a lot in South Africa from what I remember. We need that hear....criminals are given more rights than the victims here.
