Well first of all that's a subjective question related to once skill level,
It ain't that hard if it's all in good condition if your mounting points are tangled up it's going to be a good bit harder certainly the lower A shaped mount which can be a PITA.

From the look of that pic i'd say have a GOOD look at your trunk if it isn't warped or bent.

Good price.

Should not be hard.

Remove - rear bumper, wheel/rim, inner liner, side skirt, and then the damaged fender. Should be straight forward if you handy with the tools.

The B-Pillar will need to come off as well which means you also need to take off the inner seat belt upper panel to get the 2 B-Pillar 8mm nuts. (note: need and deep socket for these)

Also the gas fill area trim. Only 3-4 or four screws but the rubber around it was more difficult to get off as it hardened up over the years.

I've taken my entire car apart fro paint and the rear fenders seems to be pretty straight forward.

As mentioned in a previous post, I think your hardest part is going to be making sure it all lines up properly.

Great price and you will have a nice car when it's done.

Good luck and I hope all the advice here helps! I know Prime provided me with many valuable tips etc.

Thanks Prime!
