I'm another victim of the UK group buy that went sour. Many of you read Paul's (Senninha) thread about how Mark decided to cease communication with us and I've still got parts outstanding, some from over a year ago.
From 3 group buys I have a type R anti roll bar undelivered (only got one from a set of two), then a leather seat cushion and finally a red powder coated coolant tank.
Each time we had excuses for the delays and I kept my mouth shut to avoid aggrivating Mark and therefore losing my stuff. My silence cost me my paypal protection and therefore my parts.
I have bought $'000's of stuff from Mark in the past and for one and all it's just a matter of time before he screws you over.
I hope something comes out of this dispute as for me and many others this has gone on for much longer than it should have.
