I haven't had the time to lube all the tracks yet as I want to purchase the best lubrication for it so hopefully it will last longer. What a pain in the rear end. Taking off the door panel is always a PITA but trying to take those ends off of the nylon thingie was the hard part. Once I got them off, installing them back was kind of easy. Only thing is my window is a little off track as it rolls up quite a bit slower. Any ideas besides additional lubing of the tracks which I haven't had a chance to do yet. I want to purchase the best and longest lasting grease to put in there so I never have to worry about the window regulators again. I have a 92 NSX by the way. Any suggestions? Thanks.

wish i could help, ive had perpetual "slow windows" since i bough the car. fixit thingies certainly dont help (nor should they) but i did have to replace one regulator and i figured that would do the trick, but the new one was just as slow as the old one. i just had the windows tinted and was afraid the slowness might be because of the window dragging against the rubber, but its fine with the tint, just as slow as before, and no marks are being left on the tint so i guess the windows are adjusted ok. i just hate slow!!!!!! oh yeah, greasing everything didnt help either.

This is definately due to lack of grease. GREASE THE TRACKS PER THE SERVICE BULLETIN. Buy the grease at a Honda or Acura dealer. Use the stuff they specify - it works great!

I hear the latest Basch project on the drawing boards is a supercharger for the window motors.

no way you guys are both wrong a nos set up for the windows two stage is best check the faqs

When you're wrenching around in there, the tracks often get misaligned, which will cause your windows to go up slower. Check the track alignment procedure in the shop guide.

I just installed my "Thingies" today and both windows work perfect. It does seem that the nsx's windows are a little slower than
my beemer.
