Dali Racing out of business or something?

I placed a sizeable order with Dali Racing which requires them to compute shipping charges and was told I'd get an email with the total $ amount. This was done on Monday. I haven't heard a thing.

Also, on Monday, right after placing the order online, I dropped "[email protected]" an email message as a follow-up to the order with a couple of questions. No response.

Yesterday, I used the "leave a message" thing on the web site to leave an email for Mark Johnson. Again, no response.

Today, I called the phone number listed repeatedly throughout the day and only get an answering machine.

Are they still in business? Has anyone else experienced similar delays in them communicating with their customers?

Dali Racing is NOT out of business. I believe Mark may be in Europe for a race.

Just be patient. Mark might be out of the country. But he will process your order and ship your item ASAP. I've always been pleased with his products.

I feel better now. I guess I just picked the wrong week to upgrade my NSX!

Mark is a great guy and I have enjoyed his products very highly, don't worry if he does no get back to you he will asap. If he is not away often you can see your parts shipped out to you door by the very next day. Just be patient =)

well, wherever he was, he responded to my e-mails twice today so he is definitely in today.

I finally heard from Mark. He and I have gone back and forth in email a couple of times today.

All is well, and I'm super happy. Mark needs someone to tend to his email while he's away! Those of us who don't know its a one-man shop could get the wrong impression (as I did!).
