well same ol story... i emailed dali, got a response right away, sent him money and never heard back... and never got my order.
its ok though, i used paypal and a credit card, so i had two ways of getting my money back. started a claim with paypal, gave them a link to dali's BBB and links to as many negative reviews as i could find on here. later that evening i got a refund from paypal.
as soon as you start the process they hold thel funds, so he can't empty his account. they recommend you do this as soon as there is an issue.
