Dali coolant tank Question

I just put on the Dali coolant tank and it was a pain in the butt!!! The bottom inlet seems like it should have been about an inch and a half to the left. My question is, how much fluid should I put back in the tank? There is not an indicator line on this tank so I just dont know!

With mine, I filled it a bit over half way and let it blow the extra out when the system pressureized, seemed like it would end up being about 1/3-1/2 full when done.
