After spending a small ransom on replacing virtually my entire A/C system before NSXPO last year, I get get back to MN to find a bunch of dents, bugs and other debris wedged into my new fragile aluminum fins - which doesn't make me happy. Hours of cleaning and straightening later, we're almost back to new.

Enter the Dali A/C Shields! I have the radiator shield covering my new Koyo radiator already, so a quick email to Mark Johnson and they are on my doorstep.

Installing them was easy, though they are sharp edged and want to scratch your paint at every turn - beware.

Here's how they look:

Those screens do work well, but you can still get some bugs that manage to get to the fins. Once every few years remove and clean. Also, the inside corner bolt may give you some headaches if you don't align it perfectly - it needs 1/4" longer bolt for easy install. Otherwise great product; have had mine for some 10 years!

Do you recommend one of those for the rad. I have new Koyo. I'd like to keep it that way.

Yes, that was my first mod back in 1999! DaliRacing has two versions, one with regular hole and one with larger hole for track users. I used the original (regular) for years and it was great for tracking. Now my aftermarket set-up has a full custom frontal mesh where the 02+ mesh is (slightly larger hole than the large option) - so I no longer need mine ..... hint hint LOL!
