Cylinder Head hardware and overhaul

Does not look like the gasket kits are available anymore if I have a local machine shop rebuild the heads will they be able to source all the parts/gaskets? Would I be better off sending the head to a reputable NSX shop for the head rebuild and have the machine shop just do the bottom end?

All parts seem to be available, like head gaskets, seals etc. The "Gasket Kits" are not because they were never purchased...... So you can get everything you need, just individual orders, not by "kit".
