Custom engine plate cover

Maybe I'm the only one, but I never cared for the Honda V-TEC engine plate cover. So I bought a blank carbon fiber one and did this. Just sharing an idea.

use the actual NSX font!

That basic font text is too meh, I assume it's a vinyl overlay. Use the actual NSX font & it'll look much better on your shiny CF-plate!

OK osirisx11, so this was a bit of a rush job late at night before a car show and yes it is a bit fat.

So what is the actual name of the font for NSX. I'm not able to open the first or third links given and can't find an actual font name to give the print shop. It says "normal (True Type)" in your post but that is not a font option on any list I look at (times new roman, etc).

I don't care for the last link (Dafont Honda font) with assenders at all.

I think he was going for the under 100 dollars upgrade.

it looks ok but would look 10X better with the OEM Font.

Go w/ light(er) base vinyl, and then a slightly darker/reflective raised vinyl...

I agree - but taking a generic printed decal of NSX and sticking it on another "CF decal" looks tacky. The NSX deserves better than that and I'm sure you have more to offer.

Just to be clear, the carbon fiber is an actual panel and not a decal, just as your SOS plate. Never thought of carbon fiber panels as tacky, but maybe it's just me.
