Has anyone heard of or been to Mago's? It's just north of the 90 Fwy. They serve Mexican and Hawaiin food. Is it still there??

That's only a few miles from me but I'm not familiar with it. Do you remember what street it was on?

Not really sure, it might be on Centinela. It was a really off-the-wall place. I haven't been there since 1992 (maybe). They might be out of business.

I'll drive by there tomorrow if I get the chance and look. I need to go to the Home Depot near there to pick up some silcone to seal up my rear tail lens when I do the emblem swap.

Are you talking about Marina Mago's? I don't remember them serving Mexican or Hawaiian food, but I used to go there for Japanese food when I worked nearby. There was a fast food place next door to the restaurant called "Mago's Famous Hamburgers"...perhaps that's the place you were thinking of. I never ate there.

Both were located on Centinella near Short Ave...just a few blocks from my home. Mago's Famous Hamburgers closed November, 2000 and Marina Mago's closed Summer, 2002.

Thanks Eric, that's the place. Too bad they closed. They had a really weird menu, the food was good though.
