CTSC (Autorotor) High Boost Upgrade - 3.0L

Just got the car back today from Driving Ambition. Shad installed the AEM FIC, 550cc injectors, Walbro 255lph, and High Boost pulley. Below are the pre and post high boost dyno graphs. The dip you see around 7800 rpm was a grounding issue that Shad was able to fix but might have hurt my peak rwhp #'s.

The car feels "new" again. I can definitely feel the added torque down low and the car now pulls even harder up top. The best part is that the Air/Fuel ratio is now optimized and I can boost safely.

I decided to go with the AEM due to some problems I (and possibly Hrant as well) was having with the CTSC ACM unit. The problem was related to the car not idling right when first starting up due to low voltage. The ACM apparently is sensitive to low voltage start-ups. Anyway, since I was doing the AEM FIC, why not up the boost as well. I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Shad and the rest of the Driving Ambition staff!!! Nothing like taking another Go-Fast Crack Pipe hit!

Do you have the laminiova intercooler too?

No aftercooler yet....need to save more pennies. After talking with Shad he said that I would be fine since I don't track my NSX. There definitely is more power to be made with the aftercooler.

So the question is...when are you going to bite the bullet?

Ah the eternal dilemma .......

"To bite or not or not to bite – that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take more rwhp against a sea of troubles
And, by opposing, end up slower. To die, to sleep
No more – and by a sleep to say we end
The heartache and the thousand natural shocks of underpower
That flesh is heir to – ‘tis go fast crack consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To die, to sleep
To sleep, perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub, ...."

Haha! That's great!

Ryan,
I saw your NSX while it was at DA. It was looking very nice. The new wheels are nice.

so you got rid of the acm completely? just the fic piggybacked via harness to the ecu???

what fuel pressure regulator? what fuel psi?

Yes, the ACM is gone as well as the Boost-a-pump voltage doubler. Since some smog stations are very picky with their visual inspections, Shad suggested going back to the stock fuel pressure regulator.

Many thanks to Shad and the Driving Ambition team as well. I followed in the footsteps of my brother and also did the high boost upgrade. The car definitely feels like a new car again.
